Christie McNair
Senior Programmer

After receiving her BS in Computer Science from NC A&T State University and her Masters in Computer Science from NC State University, Christie began her programming career as a software engineer in the Point-of-Sale industry. Over the years, she migrated into the ISP, Financial, Healthcare and Media industries gaining knowledge in both back-end and front-end coding techniques.

Although Christie has always enjoyed coding and solving puzzles she is a big advocate for health and fitness. She has been dancing tap, ballet, and jazz since the age of 4 and learned the value of resistance training while in college. Christie has taught Zumba and works with various youth and adult dance groups. While Christie remains an avid dancer, she is also a competitive Olympic Weightlifter and won the silver medal at the 2015 Pan Am Masters games. Christie does tons of research on fitness and nutrition to improve her own training and has a passion for helping others thrive with their wellness journey.

Video games have been an interest for Christie since the early days of Sega Genesis. Coincidentally, her favorite games are on the Wii. Her hula-hoop score on Wii Fit is on the top of the charts and she does a mean moonwalk while playing The Michael Jackson Experience. Christie still remains the Mortal Kombat champion amongst her circle of friends.
