Our very own Dr. Church co-authored a 15 year study of the effects of running on mortality and was interviewed by the New York Times to discuss the findings, which were pretty incredible, showing that as little as 5 minutes per day of vigorous exercise can have long-lasting benefits, increasing lifespan by 3 years as compared to people who live a sedentary lifestyle.
